Introduction
Welcome to Iko Accra. The following terms and conditions guide the use of and commerce in our online shop. These terms and conditions may be adjusted from time to time. By placing an order at Iko Accra, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents´permission to buy from us) and that you have read and accepted the following terms & conditions.
General
You can shop our products through our online shop. If you have any questions please contact our customer service for help at info@ikoaccra.com. All merchandise remains our property until payment is fulfilled. Iko Accra reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. Iko Accra holds the right to have minor deviations related how material, color, prints, weight, measurements, or manufacturing appear on our online shop. This also includes type faults, price and stock changes.
Customer information
Customer information is such as name, address, phone number and email address which is needed to complete your order. You as customer is responsible for giving the correct information. Iko Accra do not take responsibility over orders not delivered due to the wrong information.
Price and Payment
VAT is included in all prices written in SEK. We reserve the right to change our price at any time. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout is accepted. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. However, final shipping costs may change from the given estimate depending on the final dimensions and weight. This only applies to big orders where the quantity exceeds the general quantity. If we need to charge more for shipping we will contact you to make sure you approve.
For shipments outside Sweden, please note that local charges (sales tax, custom duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.
Shipping & Delivery
You will find the different shipping options in the checkout. After your purchase you will recieve an order confirmation by email. The order will be sent to the adress you fill in at the checkout. We ship all orders from Sweden.
Your order is normally shipped within 1-3 working days after payment is received. During Christmas and throughout July and August, orders can take longer. Send an email to info@ikoaccra.com if you are in a hurry to get the products and we will try to send them as soon as possible.
Uncollected packages
For packages that are not picked up, Iko Accra reserves the right to charge you for the administration fee, the return shipping cost and a handling fee that may vary depending of the value of your initial order.
If you change your mind about things you ordered contact our customer service immediately. You still have to collect your package and return it back to us. Damaged goods shall be reported at the pick-up point. If you notice the damage after receiving the package please contact our customer service by sending an email to info@ikoaccra.com. When returning it you are responsible for the goods.
Force majeure
In case of war, civil war, revolution, riot, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster, measures by public authority or similar circumstances Iko Accra will apply to force majeure. This means that these terms & conditions can not or only partly be performed. If this occurs Iko Accra will try to inform you about the situation.
